Victor G. Vogel, MD
Founder and President
Dr. Victor Vogel is a board-certified oncologist with offices in the Lewisburg and Danville, PA areas. While in his residency training, Dr. Vogel earned his Private Pilot Certificate along with his Instrument Rating and Commercial Certificate. Most recently, he has earned his CFI-I rating in 2021 and has years of East Coast flying experience to share with his students.
He owns a Cirrus SR-22 G2 in which he has over 1,500 hours. In 2022, Dr. Vogel has held several presentations for pilots and to encourage the community to get involved in STEM education and aviation careers. He is a frequent presenter at annual aviation events such as Sun ‘n Fun and Oshkosh.
Russell J. Stankiewicz, MD
Vice President
Dr. Russell Stankiewicz is anobstetrician-gynecologist in Lewisburg, PA and has been practicing and flying for over 20 years. He is the newest (and only) FAA Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) in the Snyder and Union County area. Dr. Stankiewicz is based out and is a member of the Penn Valley Airport. He is the proud owner of a Cirrus SR-22 G2.
Charles K. Hanson
Secretary
Charles Hanson is a US veteran and pilot rated in both the airplane and rotocraft categories. He recently purchased a Cessna 177 Cardinal which he keeps based at the Penn Valley Airport.

Chantelle M. Puletasi
Assistant Secretary and Treasurer
Chantelle began her flying career in 2014 by earning her Private Pilot Certificate out of Honolulu International Airport, a busy Class B airspace. She then furthered her training in Las Vegas, NV, LaGuardia, NY, and Seattle, WA. She now holds her CFI-I, MEI, and ATP Certificates.
Throughout the years, Chantelle has spent time giving back to the aviation community through her position as Activities Coordinator for the Civil Air Patrol Oahu Squadron and held free workshops for aspiring pilots. She has taught various aviation courses at the College of Southern Nevada and was the Assistant Chief Pilot of a Part 141 Proficiency Based school in Las Vegas. Chantelle has about 2,000 hours of flight experience including ferrying aircraft across the Pacific Ocean and captaining a Beechcraft 1900D.
Bruce Witkop
Director
Bruce Witkop is the President of Keystone Building Products and has been flying for 52 years with over 5,500 hours. He has owned an Aerostar for over 32 of those years. He uses it for both business and personal trips.”… “Bruce has owned many models of Aerostars including a 600, a 601B, a 602P and a 700.
He operates out of Penn Valley Airport where he is the Chairman of the Penn Valley Airport Authority. He is on the board of the Susquehanna Valley Country club, ASE Master Mechanic, CDL Hasmat Driver and more. His interests are equally varied with RV camping, car collector, golfing, investing and rental property being at the top of the list. Bruce is married to Debra and they have two sons, Eric and Brian.”
